Cloud Events (“Cloud Events,” “we,” “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cloud Events website(s), our APIs, mobile applications (“App”), and any live support, software, tools, features, or functionalities provided on or in connection with our services; including without limitation using our services to view, explore, help display and create Events, purchase Tickets, Verify Tickets, and using our tools, at your own discretion, to purchase, sell, or purchase in forms of credits (collectively, the “Service”).

For purposes of these Terms, “user”, “you”, and “your” mean you as the user of the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity then “you” includes you and that entity, and you represent and warrant that (a) you are an authorized representative of the entity with the authority to bind the entity to these Terms, and (b) you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. AS OUTLINED IN SECTION 16 BELOW, THEY INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER WHICH (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS) REQUIRE ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN US TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.

1. Introduction

2. Account Registration
Any individual or business can create an account on our platform. Business accounts are permitted for event creation, while user accounts can be used to purchase tickets.

3. Event Creation and Ticket Sales
Event Organizers are solely responsible for complying with all legal obligations, including tax, copyright, and event registration. The Company only provides a platform for ticket sales and verification.
Event Listings: Event listings are automatically published. Listings may only contain event-specific information; external links are prohibited.

4. Payment and Payouts
The platform accepts credit card payments.
Event creators receive payouts to their designated bank accounts within 30 days after the successful completion of an event.

5. Refund Policy for Canceled or Rescheduled Events
Event Cancellations: Ticket payments will be converted into credits usable on the platform. A card processing fee will apply for each refund issued.
Refund Deadlines: Refund requests can be made up to 14 days before the event for cash refunds, or up to 10 days before for credit conversions. A 5% fee applies to all refunds.
Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 14 business days, subject to additional bank and processor time.

6. User Responsibilities and Content Policy
Prohibited Content: Pornography, violent or illegal materials, and unauthorized or irrelevant promotions are prohibited. Content violations may lead to account suspension or warnings.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for losses or damages incurredr through the use of the platform. We are also not responsible for event information accuracy or any legal obligations of event organizers.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union.

2. Data Usage
Collected data is used for ticket processing, marketing, analytics, and to improve user experience. Users consent to this usage, and certain data preferences can be managed in account settings.

3. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with payment processors, marketing partners, and event organizers for purposes related to event management and user verification.

4. Data Retention and Security
Data is retained until a deletion request is submitted. Our security measures include secure servers, encryption, and database security.

5. Analytics and User Consent
Event organizers receive analytics on user data, provided with user consent.

6. User Rights
Users may contact us at our /contact page to request data deletion or for any privacy inquiries.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available:
Cash Refunds: Up to 14 days before the event, with a 5% fee.
Credit Conversion: Up to 10 days before the event, without fee.

2. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation, subject to bank and payment processor timelines.

3. Credit Withdrawals
Credits may be withdrawn as cash, subject to a 5% fee. Users are responsible for reporting any such income in compliance with tax regulations.

4. Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, users may request a cash refund (5% fee) or full credit conversion.

Event organizers retain the rights to images and content they upload. The Company has rights to use this content for marketing purposes.

2. Event Information Display
Event details remain visible until the event concludes, with an option to display as "ended" for a few days post-event.

3. Copyright Issues
Copyright or IP violations can be reported through our /contact page. We will address any reports in consultation with the event organizer.

The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of event information. Event organizers are responsible for providing correct details.

2. Platform Availability
While we strive to ensure consistent uptime, outages may occur. In the event of downtime, we will work to restore access as quickly as possible.

3. Limitations on Advertisements
Event organizers may only advertise information directly related to their event; external links are not permitted.

Content including pornography, violent or illegal images, unauthorized promotions, and copyrighted material without proper licensing is prohibited.

2. Violation Consequences
Severe violations may result in immediate suspension, while two consecutive warnings on the same issue may lead to further action.

Users may report inappropriate content via the /contact form.
